Thank you to my family, friends, and coaches. Especially coach gabby and coach JOJO, they pushed me so hard to where I got to right now and believed in my when I didn’t believe in my self.

AVERY WILLIAMS: Great Marine Biology department, campus is BEAUTIFUL, and the team is so amazing. So are the coaches!

PLB: How has the COVID-19 Pandemic affected you?

AW: It really slowed down the recruiting process. Luckily none of my family has gotten it so I’m happy about that. It also pushed back in person school to start in September instead of August.

PLB: How would you describe your recruiting process?

AW: I believe for how late I started for my age that it went very well since I’ve already committed.

PLB: What kind of stick do you play with?

AW: STX head and DragonFly shaft

PLB: Favorite Quote?

AW:

PLB: What do you do for fun?

AW: I play spike ball with my friends.

PLB: What do you want to be when you grow up? And why?

AW: I want to be a marine biologist when I grow up because I love the ocean and ocean animals so much. I’ve been to the ocean every summer for my entire life and I’m getting my scuba diving license this summer.

PLB: Once Coronavirus is over where would you like to visit?

AW: I would love to go to Australia because I think it’s the most amazing place on this earth. It has my favorite animal ever loving on it like deer to us. The kangaroo.
